KT-Seal system:
100% sealing/packing in 10 seconds. The sealers have been designed to seal pacific film and cardboard lids on trays and cartons. QUICKPACK-Sealers are intended for the food industry, supermarkets, foodstuff, restaurants, take out services, institutional kitchens and canteens, food distribution outlets, home meal replacements etc. A thermostat for the heat adjustment of the hotplate (50-180C) and a timer for the duration of sealing (1-5seconds) are provided as standard equipment, in order to achieve optimum sealing performance.
Place the carton in the carton holder, pull the film over it or place the lid on the top of the carton and seal it in place. The whole operation takes about 10 seconds. The design of the sealer ensures that it is easy to use and rhythm of operation is achieved. The magnetic switch closes the lid and heat-sealing enables packaged goods to be 100% sealed tight. The sealer is also light and quick in use both during the sealing operation and when lifting the lid. The materials used in the construction are easy to maintain and the number of components subject to wear and tear has been kept to a minimum. The carton sealer is safe to use and quick to clean.
